to run a 5K today on the treadmill. I managed somewhat slowly so when I do the fun run next week I will definitely be in the back of the pack. I told my husband not to wait for me. I envision 80 year olds passing me….:)

A song that has meant so many different things to me since 1987 from a show that I remember first seeing and thinking “Can you believe that government actually treated people that way” before our own government went totally fucking crazy.
Well I posted this recently just for the sheer beauty and with the lyrics running around in my head I said “OMG that reminds me of so many Obabambots.”
