Human Beings are fucking INSANE.

I am going to make some coffee and then deal with all the latest shit.

But, jeez people, IT’S ONLY A BLOG!

And it won’t do you a bit of good but you have my sympathies, buhdy. I bet it’s like herding cats here most days.

to MY particular unspoken yet heavily acted out and unresolved feelings on these issues.

Don’t make me get out my attention whore pics! I’ll do it!

  3. It doesn’t make sense, it doesn’t have to.

You’re giving coffee to your loins? We are all free to make our choices in life so I won’t provide the obvious counsel one might in this situation. Sugar might makes things sticky.

  4. silently observed the poo flinging and old axes being ground over the past couple; on my walk from home to the bart, i recalled the summary to the faq:

Last Word: This is a blog, not life or death, we are on the Internet, not a battlefield. We are all just fellow posters…The Enemy is not here,  treating someone on this blog as an enemy is a pretty good definition of Assholery. Please keep this in perspective, people….we are here to debate each other, not destroy each other.

    It is only a blog.

there is is. simple. on day one. sweet merciful crap. it’s so not difficult to grasp.

the world needs more llamaqueens, fewer drama queens.

about it being only a blog…

  9. of the man whose argument can’t stand on one leg.

  10. I trust you’re getting to that beach today.

Once, only once! on the orange place I TR’d someone (they just kept on asking for it) and I posted the definition of ad hominem and then retracted the TR.  I think it was a child.  (Other than that one accidental TR, quickly changed when pointed out).  I’m not the kind.

From that experience I hereby bequeath the following text to you/admin for posterity:

Ad Hominem:  An ad hominem argument, also known as argumentum ad hominem (Latin: “argument to the person”, “argument against the man”) consists of replying to an argument by attacking or appealing to the person making the argument, rather than by addressing the substance of the argument. It is most commonly used to refer specifically to the ad hominem abusive, or argumentum ad personam, which consists of criticizing or personally attacking an argument’s proponent in an attempt to discredit that argument.

That kind of thing was what left me wide-eyed yesterday, like a stunned, dying fish sitting at the puter.

Back to black light posters, flower power and tootling, I hope.  The place smells great today once again (heh heh)!

    Peace!  Have a great swim!

  11. I stand before you to stand behind you
to agree with you whole heartedly.

You, Ek, Turkana and Armondo are
exactly right in what and how
    you are handling this.

3 cheers to you all and I STILL love the site!!!!

  12. Yay dancing stick figure guy!
