Do You Ever Wonder ? – The Series

Do you ever wonder  why Republican candidates for President are embracing a failed policy and parroting the ideals of a leader with a 24% The GOP hopefuls try not to talk about the Iraq war, on some level they seem to understand it actually IS unpopular. When push comes to shove ALL of the top GOP contenders with the exception of Ron Paul who apparently didn't drink the kool-aid, believe the surge is working, timetable for withdrawal a mistake and the WOT has only just begun.

Do you ever wonder  why the apparent front runner for the Democratic nomination would stoop to whining about having bresticles instead of testicles? IF Hillary is capable and suited to being leader of the free world her gender is irrelevant. I sometimes wonder if her hawkish stance on foreign policy has to do with being afraid we might notice she is a girl and would give a shit. It also goes to accountability if she is willing to blame others and their attitude about her gender for this, where does it stop and when will she step up, man up and take her own lumps?  Babe, if you can't run with the big dogs, stay on the porch! What she should have done and didn't do is assure people no one was ganging up on her, that in fact each of them in turn will be grilled by the others as they all try to differientiate themselves from the rest of the pack. She needed to say and didn't, this is a good thing, good for her and good for the people because when you cast your vote you need to have all the information necessary to make the best choice possible. Altho she would certainly like to have your vote, it is something that really has to be earned and in the end each will be judged on their own merit.

Do you ever wonder  why it took Karen Hughes another 2 years and 2 months to figure out there was no way to rehabilitate W's image, or ours for that matter. Unfortunately her idealized view of Bush isn't the reality of Bush and sadly she underestimated the damaged he had already done. She didn't have a chance as long as he remains in office because he will break it faster than she can fix it.
