That was nice…
I kind of miss the “hat era” even though I don’t look too snappy in them myself.
Hats seem out of favor these days. I find it off putting to see middle aged men strolling around in baseball caps 24/7. I don’t get it.
My husband does not recall if he ever saw his grandfather out of a hat. He had his “go to church” fedora, his “work in the yard” fedora, and an all purpose “wear out in public” fedora.
