Cloture defeated on FISA by a vote of 48 yes to 45 no. Debate will continue with, I believe, the vote on a 30 day extension up next.

Please let this be just a start!
as vigilant as meerkats.
Bush will keep trying to get immunity and lawlessness legalized as long as he occupies 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.
there many battles yet to be fought…..
hoka hey…..
and it is indeed a beautiful day…….
sun, fesh air right after a rain, flowers, wind…..
now we must show that it can be repeated…..
i hope this changes everything…

clink… to making a stand!
by the Dems.
What would make the day complete would be if the Dem response to the STOU tonight was the introduction of articles of Impeachment.

Not that he’ll pay any attention and will probably do what he wants anyway…but they have got to do it! Force the Bast*rd!
This vote makes me so happy!
