The person that we Americans are forced to admit, under our breath, is actually the President of the United States of America, once again opened his ignorant mouth regarding a matter of such importance that even his myriad screw ups somehow pale in comparison to his latest complete mis-interpretation of reality.
President Bush pledged Monday to ensure “an outcome that will merit the sacrifice” of those who have died in Iraq, offering both sympathy and resolve as the U.S. death toll in the five-year war hit 4,000.
“One day, people will look back at this moment in history and say, ‘Thank God there were courageous people willing to serve because they laid the foundation for peace for generations to come,’ ” Bush said at the State Department after a two-hour briefing on U.S. diplomatic strategy around the world. “I vow so long as I am president to make sure that those lives were not lost in vain.”
Let us, you and I, check the first basic words in the simpletons paragraph.
Merit the Sacrifice.
There are no words that I could possibly write here that would merit the stupidity of telling someone that their loved ones died, or were sacrificed in the name of the Republican Party of Greed’s “War for Oil.”
Bush managed to mangle these words after a briefing from General “The Surge Is Working” Petreaus and Ryan (The) Crocker-shit.
Gee! I wonder if the St. Surge and The Crock are going to mention that they think a complete pull out of American troops from Iraq would be prudent at this time?
Likely not.
I’ll bet, that what we have gleaned from that slur-ment/statement from his High-Times-Ness/Presnit Bush, that Gen. Surge and Ambassador The Crock are going to tell us that Iraq is all good.
No, Really. Things are up, things are down, but all in all, the SPLURGE is working! Dammit! It is!
Captain Dipstick Mc Slurspeech goes on to say:
“On this day of reflection, I offer our deepest sympathies to their families. I hope their families know that citizens pray for their comfort and their strength, whether they were the first one who lost their life in Iraq or recently lost their life in Iraq.”
The White House said Bush is likely to embrace an expected recommendation from Petraeus for a halt in troop withdrawals beyond those already scheduled to be completed by July, with the expectation that reductions would resume before the president leaves office in January.
The president leaving office in January is the only piece of information in this horrible piece of commentary that might be of interest to the population of the world.
Please share your observations below and don’t forget daily to take the time to tell anyone and everyone you know that we must take our country back from the forces of evil Republicanism.
