A sinister plot

While we’ve all been worried about another four years of McBush or whether Obama is a closeted neo-con, another sinister plot has been gaining momentum, mostly unnoticed by the blogs, the voters, and (dare I say it?) the world.

No, I’m not talking about Skull and Bones or the Tri-Lateral Commission. Those might, in fact, be groups with hidden and sinister agendas. But then, how hidden can they be if we all know about them? And from what I’ve seen, those kinds of groups have been around for decades. So I’d say…nothing new here, move right along.

But this new group has controlled the White House during the last four out of six presidencies. And no matter who we elect in 2008 (McCain or Obama), they will control it again because both of these men are members of this group.

Well, follow me below the fold and I’ll clue you in on this dangerous conspiracy. But here’s a hint.

Yep – both Obama and McCain are left-handed.

You might not be alarmed at that fact. But let me fill you in on some things you might not know. Only about 10% of people on the planet are left handed. And here’s the list of our last six POTUS occupants:

Gerald Ford – leftie

Jimmy Carter – righty (who knew?)

Ronald Reagan – leftie who switched to righty (yeah, that includes not only his politics)

George H.W. Bush – leftie

Bill Clinton – leftie

George W. Bush – righty (Oh, but Al Gore is a leftie too. So the one who REALLY got elected in 2000 was a leftie)

And now, we have two major candidates for the office who are BOTH lefties – so unless there is a revolution by the righties, we’ll be headed for 5 out of 7. This is getting serious folks!!!

You might not be aware that Obama even has the backing of folks who are leftist in something other than their politics. Yes, there is a website called Lefites for Obama. I haven’t been able to find a similar group organized for McCain. And you wonder why he is running behind in the pols?

Of course, the world has been full of these dangerous folks from time immemorial. You can learn about some who were members of this club by checking out this website. They range everywhere from the Boston Strangler to Michelangelo. It certainly seems to be a group of folks with a flare for the dramatic. And we haven’t even talked yet about their dominance in baseball, tennis and boxing.

So a cautionary note to all. Please be aware that if these folks succeed in taking over the world – they will definitely change your life. Scissors and soup ladles will no longer be easily maneuverable. Can openers are likely to spin the opposite way – causing all sorts of ripple effects. Notebooks (yeah, the old kind made out of paper) will be bound on the right instead of the left. But perhaps the biggest danger is that science tells us that lefties tend to be more reliant on their right brains (of course, McCain is an outlier here). This means that you’re likely to never know what’s coming next.

In the interest of full disclosure, I suppose I should mention that I’m left handed. So yes, be very afraid!!!!
