Grocery shopping.  Pharmacy to pick up medications.  Laundry.

  2. told my Doc last visit I wanted to get off.  The problem is the side effects require a gradual dosage reduction over months.  I started with the first reduction and even missed dosages during the last 30 days.  I was going to go in to get my next prescription, a smaller dose for the next 30 days, but I haven’t had a chance to get there and now it’s been 5 days since I took a pill and I don’t feel any symptoms!  I’m thinking I may be over those symptoms now and can stop taking them altogether.

    Be nice to your animals.

    Or else.

World Animal Day was started in 1931 at a convention of ecologists in Florence as a way of highlighting the plight of endangered species. Since then it has grown to encompass all kinds of animal life and is widely celebrated in countries throughout the world. October 4 was chosen as World Animal Day as it is the Feast Day of St Francis of Assisi, the patron saint of animals.

I’m kind of worried about him.  He just turned 7.    I took him on his first roller coaster ride today on the Santa Monica Pier.   It was awesome.   He came home and sorta melted down, then I realized he had a fever.   I don’t know what to do.   He’s sleeping now and I hope he’s better tomorrow.   He was cooking.
