The “Harvest Moon” is the first full moon after the Fall Equinox. This full moon is called either the “Hunter’s Moon” or, in Native American tradition, the “Beaver Moon”. It’s nice that it will almost be full for Samhein tomorrow night.
Yes, the days are getting darker and with this “last harvest” we celebrate and remember the passing of another year and those we have lost. We gather around the fires to light the night and warm our bodies and spirits. We join with good friends to eat and drink and remember. Blessed Be.

Wonderful, wonderful! The orthodox bird house, the beautiful reefs / beautiful friends.
Coyote smile? Somehow I can’t believe. Is that photo shopped? Or do coyotes really have human-like lips and teeth?
