Basically, this guy who won the entire $162 million dollar MegaMillions jackpot is writing a book about the Constitution and has spent a certain part of his life, along with his wife, operating shelters for the homeless and disadvantaged.
Someone up there was listening. These people are truly worthy of this amount of money. This event will help restore the balance of power in a place that truly, truly needs it.
