  1. from nyceve’s diary at the orange.

the thing is, the majority of the commenters are supporting her feelings that she cannot stomach the Dems under these circumstances, but the pushback is just disgusting, including one creep who put me down for a comment about taking care of my 90 year old mother.

what total assholes some of them are.

i posted that obama is not a good judge of character and he isn’t.

he doesn’t see the goodness in leftists but sees it in rethugs, not to mention rahm, summers and geithner.

  2. That is one beautiful picture — thank you!

We have an adequate amount of snow here (Chicagoland) and more expected today!

  3. Where is that? When I was in Oregon over Xmas it looked like that.

  4. Baby D was born at 3:24 a.m. EST this morning!

    Check out http://photobubbles.com/

Photo Bubbles specializes in the art of creating full 360 spherical photography.

Traditionally, still flat photography has been used to capture the feel of an environment or event.

Today, still photography has been redefined, and has evolved into an interactive panoramic experience allowing the viewer to fully immerse themselves in any visual environment.

This superior technology is achieved by using professional high quality digital SLR cameras, and special performance lenses.

The finished product is a seamless 360 virtual spherical tour, with properly exposed images and “fullscreen” capabilites.

Located in Vancouver, B.C, Canada, we provide services that reach a global audience, and our cutting edge images are created with the express purpose of adding a new dimension to your online market niche.

Photo Bubbles fresh perspective will let you show the world.

I have no connection with them. This is a free plug for the most awesome web design work I’ve seen in a long time. I might go introduce myself to them and see if they are going to be hiring.

Damn if what with the Supremes giving corps personhood and this stuff, artificial entities aren’t taking over.

And may it be said of us, both in dark passages and in bright days, in the words of Tennyson

that my brothers quoted and loved, and that have special meaning for me now:

I am a part of all that I have met

To [Tho] much is taken, much abides

That which we are, we are One

    equal temper of heroic hearts

    Strong in will

To strive, to seek, to find, and not to yield.

For me, a few hours ago, this campaign came to an end.

For all those whose cares have been our concern, the work goes on, the cause endures, the

hope still lives, and the dream shall never die.
