New Structures

.

Are emerging.

Structures fostered by the internet, based on People connecting with People, bypassing the old structures. Structures based on a new Planet-centric “morality” of human consciousness….that crosses all “religious,” dogmatic and ideological boundaries and structures. Intended to unite, not divide, the human race.

A new morality, based on saving the Planet. Saving the Planet for all humanity….not one tribe or nation or country.

(Note: Until this new form of focused human consciousness develops it’s own new lexicon, it will be necessary to to use “religious” terms and phrasing. I urge us all to look beyond any prejudices we may (understandably) have regarding this “old” form of expression and focus on the consciousness behind the language)

A Great Urgency: To All World Religious and Spiritual Leaders,? by

Chief Arvol Looking Horse

May 14, 2010

My Relatives,

Time has come to speak to the hearts of our Nations and their Leaders.

I ask you this from the bottom of my heart, to come together from the

Spirit of your Nations in prayer.

We, from the heart of Turtle Island, have a great message for the

World; we are guided to speak from all the White Animals showing their

sacred color, which have been signs for us to pray for the sacred life

of all things.

As I am sending this message to you, many Animal Nations are being

threatened, those that swim, those that crawl, those that fly, and the

plant Nations, eventually all will be affect from the oil disaster in

the Gulf.

The dangers we are faced with at this time are not of spirit. The

catastrophe that has happened with the oil spill which looks like the

bleeding of Grandmother Earth, is made by human mistakes, mistakes

that we cannot afford to continue to make.

The End Of The World…

Neither the weary, disciplined […] soldiers, ranked along the west bank, nor the anxious, helter-skelter tribes amassing on the east bank could have been giving much thought to their place in history. But this moment of slack, this relative calm before the pandemonium to follow, gives us the chance to study the actors on both sides of this river and to look backward on what has been and forward to what will be.

…its foundations were unassailable, sturdily sunk in a storied past and steadily built on for eleven centuries and more. There was, of course, the prophecy. Someone, usually someone in his cups, could always be counted on to bring up that old saw: the Prophecy of the Twelve Eagles, each eagle representing a century, leaving us with- stubby fingers counting out the decades in a puddle of wine- only seventy years remaining! Give or take a decade! Predictable laughter at the silliness of the whole idea. But in seventy years exactly, the empire would be gone.

[it] hardly foresaw its doom.

UK backing lifts BP shares but spill looks worse

by Tom Berkin and Kristin Hayes

June 11, 2010

(Reuters) – Supportive comments from the UK government helped lift BP Plc’s battered shares on Friday, outweighing news that the British oil company’s Gulf of Mexico spill is much bigger than previously estimated.

Responding to moves by U.S. officials to grab more BP cash for the cleanup, British ministers heeded calls to defend the UK’s biggest payer of share dividends and stand up to perceived Britain-bashing by President Barack Obama.

“We are all concerned about the human and environmental impact and as the Prime Minister has said we understand the concerns of the U.S. administration,” Chancellor of the Exchequer George Osborne said after speaking to BP chief executive Tony Hayward by telephone.

Why the Arkansas Primary Challenge Was Worth It

It was a tough loss, 10,000 votes. Bill Halter might have even upset Blanche Lincoln in the primary run-off had his stronghold of Garland County not dropped the number of polling places from 42 to 2, or had a few thousand more of us called to get Halter voters to the polls. But despite an unnamed Obama administration official attacking attempts to defeat Lincoln by telling Politico’s Ben Smith  “Organized labor just flushed $10 million of their members’ money down the toilet on a pointless exercise,” I believe the groups who tried to unseat her made the right choice.

Popular Culture (Adverts). The Offensive Kraft Food Adverts 20100610

Some adverts are funny and welcome.  The classic Where’s the Beef? one is wonderful.  So was Speedy Relief from Alka-Seltzer, recently renewed.  There are lots a good ones, but there are many more bad ones.

The ones that TBS and Fox run are often poor, but not always always offensive.  I have found an offensive series.  It is from Kraft foods, and is the epitome of the stupid father and the snotty nosed child.

Atty Gen Holder: Shooting of Mexican Teen “Extremely Regrettable”

A cell phone video taken by a bystander through a chain link fence may have changed the impetus of the investigation of the Border Patrol shooting death of 15 year old Sergio Adrian Hernandez Huereka Monday, on the border between El Paso Texas and Cuidad Juarez Mexico.

Attorney General Eric Holder today called the shooting of the teenager “extremely regrettable.”  The FBI is now investigating the death.
