Beyond Paradox & Look, We’re Dealing With Criminals

(11AM EST – promoted by Nightprowlkitty)

07 June 2010 – Attorney General Eric Holder announced that he would be launching a criminal investigation into the activities of BP that led to the massive oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. But can we trust an AG who worked at one of the biggest corporate defense firms in the world? Mike Papantonio appears on The Randi Rhodes Show to take on BP, as well as explain the basics of his class action suit against BP.

From ThinkProgress:

Beyond Paradox: Signs at BP stations tell customers they are ‘responsible for any spills.’

Which is why BP will get out of this with a slap on the wrist.

  1. (so does oil, but adding dispersant does not change that fact)

  2. enough for negligence, then general intent is good enough for this crime. Let em point fingers at each other all day, but pierce that corporate veil and thrust. To hell with the statutes that would let this thing drag out for decades; and no bullshit bargaining. This is a crime against life itself. To the corporate guillotine for BP et. al. and to the weasels hiding under the rocks!!

Every country in the world and every life form on this planet has just cause. Now I’ll crawl back to bed.

  3. cheney couldn’t find another stooge to run with the one the so called gop had picked, to do their’s and his bidding, so he could stay behind the scenes and run the wants of their criminal enterprise, so he chose himself!! And the main stooge was so ignorant he doesn’t still realize history will only use him as the example of total failed leadership and corrupt government!!!  Cheney’s push of deregulators led to BP disaster

June 8, 2010 Wilkerson on Cheney Pt2: Cheney’s support for pro-industry “regulators” maybe his main damage to America

Listen carefully to what Wilkerson offers, it’s much more then just on deregulation!
