As I previously stated, I would only post images of underwater life from the oceans of our planet, which I`ve stolen a little of to put in my reef tanks, till the oil gusher is stopped.
That`s the least I can do.
I feel so much for the people on the gulf coast.
I want as many people as possible to see what is being devastated below the surface, even if it aggravates their sorrow at what is being devastated above it. The only way for the gulf coasters to be “made whole” is if all the damages are brought to the light of day.
I`m sorry for all you are going through.
I hope my little bit helps.
I live on the California coast, so I know how your paradise feels to you.
I`ll start off with a shot of my coast, which I will defend as much as I`ll try & defend yours.

My prayers are with the gulf coasters their families & all the animals that are affected above & below the surface.

Thank you.
I hope you are in good health.
Would you forward my regards to your uncle.
(The nice one)
I like them all, but the hawkfish has to be one of the most colorful creatures in existence. And “Pygmy Angel Heaven” is quite stunning, with the reflections on the water’s surface.
I’m reminded of one of the first comments by one of the astronauts during the Apollo moon missions, who were stunned by the fragile beauty of that bright, beautiful, but fragile looking blue planet 240,000 miles away.
I’m afraid that unless by some miracle a coordinated action by all world powers is undertaken to reduce the impact of our activities on the environment, a world not unlike that depicted in the recent movie, “The Road”, awaits us somewhere down the line. If anyone would like to see the trailer (embedding is disabled), you can see it by clicking here.
I also reflected on my first of several visits to the Santa Barbara area, when the sight of oil derricks off the coast was such a shocking sight.
Hope you’re enjoying a great evening, Knuck!
