We’ve surely hit the point of fierce urgency where BP will be forced to take some action. I expect another government study will be called for in the next week or two.
Meanwhile, only 3 dutch skimmers are in use, and all sorts of other skimming technologies are being held up by red tape (or Bp’s not wanting to pay for it–which I suspect may truly be the cause of all the red tape by the ‘government’)
