The Big Dog is in the house. Actually he’s clogging traffic and making life miserable for the people of Manhattan to attend the U.N. General Assembly and a meeting of the Clinton Global Initiative, which has nothing to do with any future campaign by Hillary or her recent book at all and shame on you for thinking so.
Funny story, for ek’smas this year my sister gave me a T-Shirt with a picture of Bill as a Bond-esque action figure toting firearms in front of a flag and a very hot looking Monica clutching his leg. It’s actually hard to tell if it’s a pro or anti Bill image which to me is the mark of great art, anyone can do propaganda. She had mixed feelings about it because she knows I was huge for Clinton during the scandal and didn’t know how I’d react. So while I was on vacation I finally got a chance to wear it in public and someone came up to me and said- “That is the coolest Bill Clinton T-Shirt I’ve ever seen.”
Nope, don’t know what he meant either.
Terry Gilliam got his start as the illustrator for Monty Python’s Flying Circus, but I actually like his work as a director which covers such classics as Jabberwocky, Time Bandits, Brazil, The Adventures of Baron Munchausen, and Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. He’s probably on to promote For No Good Reason, a biographical documentary about Ralph Steadman and including appearances by Johnny Depp, Jann Wenner, and Stockton.
