NCAA Women’s Tournament 2016: Regional Semi-Finals (Round of 16) Day 1

No consolidated results yet, those tables are really complicated. Dueling games on ESPN and ESPN2 at 7 and 9:30 pm. Designated underdog is Washington. Rooting interest is Syracuse (Go Orange!). Pick’em is Notre Dame v. Stanford (We hatesess them both. Yess.). Independent retroactive hate against Tennessee (Pat Summit is gone, the program isn’t what it was) and Ohio State (it’s genetic and they are the greater threat).

We decide the West and Midwest Regional Championship Teams tonight.

    Stanford will meet Washington on Sunday. The Cardinal thumped these Huskies in Palo Alto, in the only game I watched in person this season, making their great scorer Plum look pretty bad. Washington got payback in the Pac12 tournament.
