Apparently the pressure from colleagues worked, Yianopoilos tendered his resignation from Breitbart this afternoon. Now we should get his bigoted ass shipped back to England.
I don’t think I’ll ever understand the white supremacist embrace of a gay provocateur and Breitbart editor like Milo Yiannopoulos. His appearance on “Real Time with Bill Maher“ was a prime example of his fact-less, inflammatory statements that outrage the LGBT community and more than a good portion of the rational straight community. The Intercept‘s investigative journalist Jeremy Scahill was schedule to appear and withdrew refusing to be on the same set with this jerk.
Yiannopoulos was invited to speak at this week’s Conservative Political Action Conference (SPAC but then something happened that even the ultra-conservative group could not tolerate, a video of Yiannopoulos defending pedophilia.. It took that to get CPAC to withdraw their invite. Now Yiannopoulos’ book deal with Simon and Schuster has been cancelled
Statement: After careful consideration @simonschuster and its @threshold_books have cancelled publication of Dangerous by Milo Yiannopoulos

The fall out hasn’t stopped. It seems that some of his colleagues at Breitbart have a bridge even they can’t cross and are threatening to walk.

Claiming that his British sarcasm, provocation and gallows humor was misunderstood, saying he was a victim of childhood abuse and that the videos were doctored, Yiannopoulos left a weak apology. This doesn’t make it any less vile.
