thinking about some of my… uhm … bad habits (lazy) and also that silly HAIR BOOMs thing that annoys me so much … heh… and also the concept of “greenwashing” which Ive been looking at lately too…. anyway… if its okay with you, I think I might try to come up with ONE a day, and post in this noon Open, since I need to work on converting my household and family to live way more green than we do. We’ve decided to make it a family project this summer.
so… theres just about three weeks left of school and I pack lunches for both kid and hub. (man, we do way too much throw-away plastic!) So I go look for eco-happy lunchware. Well… theres TOO MANY CHOICEs and I dont have time for this! lol.
1% For The Planet is an alliance of businesses committed to leveraging their resources to create a healthier planet. Members recognize their responsibility to and dependence on a healthy environment and donate at least 1% of their sales (not just profits) to environmental organizations. The alliance aims to prove that taking environmental responsibility is good for business.
