    Qualification Specification:

    The position requires a high level of personal motivation, integrity, and initiative.  As well as excellent research and writing skills, a high degree of professional self-management, excellent verbal skills, out of the box thinking and non-profit entrepreneurialism and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
