Bill Moyers Journal Last Airing
Bill Moyers Journal, aired his last show on April 30th 2010 as he goes into a well deserved retirement after many years of service to his fellow American’s with his outstanding and one of a kind journalism, real journalism, joining the ranks of the few before him and the very few still practicing their craft and profession as professionals!
With this technology and it’s coming advancements everything can be archived and much easier to search out to not only find the past, and it’s lessons, but what really is and not that spoken by some as to what isn’t but quickly grasped by some as their gospel without bothering to join the realities!.

35 yrs. Later and Still in Denial
We never came to terms with those years leading up to April 30th 1975, one of the reasons we’ve had the recent past decade, will we come to terms with that, doubt it, but it will just add to what the coming generations will face and their presents and future.

The Hypocrisy of Arizona and the South West
It’s beyond bad enough to see what Arizona has done and listen to the arguments, especially from certain corners of this society, justifying the Jim Crow or Nazi like ruling. Why Nazi, because it quickly comes to mind the Laws passed in Germany as to the Jews and other groups back when. Jim Crow should already be well understood in this country, unless from Texas as they seem to like re-visionist history writing.
But lets look at what’s well known about the South West and the present, especially coming out of Arizona.

Forced To Sacrifice: Stimulus
These types of announcements have been coming now on an almost regular basis and not only as to the States leaders but out of the Veterans Administration as to Stimulus money, some with added budget funds if there, being used to add VA Clinics, new VA Hospitals or upgrade those already in existence, State and Federal Veterans Cemeteries expansions and new ones.

25 Years ago, I recorded the song ’19’. The idea came about whilst watching a documentary which highlighted the plight of young men and women who fought in Vietnam. “In World War 2 the average age of the combat soldier was 26, in Vietnam he was 19.” These words really made me stop and think.
When I first approached Chrysalis Records with the Demo of ’19’ most people there didn’t believe it would get any attention as there would be no interest from the media, and I quote “the public don’t want to hear a song about war.”

National Guard recruiters forged re-enlistment papers:
Well, well, well, is this one more isolated incident, under the command of one george w. bush, and with only one State National Guard or were similar incidents taking place in the lead up to the ‘surge’, i.e. escalation, and during other times, in Iraq to make sure there were enough needed warm bodies or were recruiters trying to keep their numbers up for their bonuses!

Cost of Wars Felt Decades Later
And this is only a very small fraction of those cost in monetary terms for any War but especially Wars of Choice, billions are just plain blown up in the occupations, billions are just lost, and more!
The Meaningful Real Costs in Lives Loss or Changed Forever can not be Calculated!
And out of these two occupations we’ve given the small band of criminals exactly what they wanted, raised the hatreds towards us and created the long term possibility, already started, of continued blowback, our legacy to the coming generations!

Blast Injury Treatment Centers?
Why is it in all these speeches the press seems to think are so important, like those of the shrill voiced hockey puck mom, who’s son served or is still serving, and anyone attached to this so called ‘tea party’, as they rail against taxes and more, do we not hear mention of the funding nor sacrifice as to those serving or have served!
Seems the only time the military soldier and veterans of, are mentioned is when a meme needs to be added as flag is wrapped around their ‘patriotism?’!
Many are the same that never mention defense budgets, except wanting them to grow even more, nor gave any mention to military and veterans care as they beat the drums of war louder and louder, and still do!
