Grayson NAILS IT! No Dems Allowed = No Blacks Allowed

     There is a fine art to making a powerful point without making that point. Usually, the way to do this is by saying something and then immediately follow by saying “That is not why I’m saying”.

   With that in mind, I give you Congressmen Alan Grayson (Kick Ass-FL), who, in an interview with Anderson Cooper last night, made the point ( without making it ) that to turn away Obama voters from your doctors office is pretty much the same thing as hanging a sign that says “No Blacks Allowed”

GRAYSON:     Well, in fact, where he lives, in Mount Dora, which is in my district, many, many of the Democrats who live in Mount Dora happen to be African-Americans.

    So, by saying that he will not treat somebody who supported Obama, he’s saying that he’s not going to treat a large number of African-Americans in the community

Alan Grayson accused the Fed of manipulating the stock market

     Back in late September, Alan Grayson (Big D-FL08) grilled Federal Reserve General Counsel Scott Alvarez on whether or not the Federal Reserve has manipulated the stock and futures market. Since this hasn’t been diaried and Sunday is a slow news day, I thought it would be fun to watch Alan Grayson in action in a bit of a flashback.

(UPDATE: Unfortunately and oddly, the video is no longer working for some strange reason. Good thing I transcribed it when I did. I am looking for another version of the same vide, so hang in there until I can find it

     Not just GUTS, but HEART too.

     After reading over 8 minutes of the testimony of the people who have lost loved ones to our Murder For Profit Health Insurance, Alan Grayson invoked the name of God and pleadedbefore Congress “For Gods’ sake, I look forward to a time when we will have finally done our jobs.”

     Dems with guts? Dems who want to use our huge majorities to fight for real change, the kind we need after 8 years of Bush and 30 years and more of living under the iron heel of the Reagan years. Someone pinch me, I think I’m dreaming.

    What a week this guy is having! Between holding every contractor accountable and not just ACORN to calling the wingnuts on their lies and YOU LIEs, and then apologizing to the dead of our national health care horror story, and now this! I soooo want this guy to run for a state office (Senate, Gov) and then go BIG in 2016! or sooner!
