I was reading about the latest, major scandal in the global financial world, when it suddenly occured to me that I’m a muggle.
Who are the wizards? Why the major banks, of course.
Allow me to explain below.

So we’re still moving and certainly not in Pittsburgh with all the cool people. Because of the moving, my brain is pretty much on the fritz as to anything momentous to write about. There just hasn’t been enough continuous time to sit down and piece something together about the things I’d like to write about…even if I could really delineate what those items might be.
So let’s go to the news and see what we can find.
I haven’t seen any mention of this item here: Radcliffe supports gay group with ‘generous’ donation. Yes, the Harry Potter star is anti-homophobia and believes in the work being done by the The Trevor Project to combat teen suicide.

J.K. Rowling outs Hogwarts character
By HILLEL ITALIE, AP National Writer

NEW YORK – Harry Potter fans, the rumors are true: Albus Dumbledore, master wizard and Headmaster of Hogwarts, is gay. J.K. Rowling, author of the mega-selling fantasy series that ended last summer, outed the beloved character Friday night while appearing before a full house at Carnegie Hall.
…
“Dumbledore is gay,” the author responded to gasps and applause.
She then explained that Dumbledore was smitten with rival Gellert Grindelwald, whom he defeated long ago in a battle between good and bad wizards. “Falling in love can blind us to an extent,” Rowling said of Dumbledore’s feelings, adding that Dumbledore was “horribly, terribly let down.”

If you don’t know what “Riddikulus” refers to, this might be a good time for you to scroll your way past the body of this Pony Party and jump right in to the comments…though you’re welcome to stay and be entertained anyway.
Ok, now that we’ve gotten rid of the Muggles (and any stray boggarts, thank goodness, because they always turn into Dick Cheney around me, and who needs that late on a Friday?), I submit for your approval 4 “better” Harry Potter endings. They are roughly and amateurishly animated, contain loads of cartoon violence, and in the end have really no real redeeming qualities whatsoever….( /disclaimer)
Better ending for Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire?
Better ending for Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince?
